Working out will improve your sex life!


1. Weight lifting increases your testosterone. Why is that so important? Testosterone is the main sex hormone, without it you would have no sex drive. It enhances your libido, gives you more energy, and maturity of your sex organs. Basically it makes a mans  man and the more you have the more and better sex you can have.  
2. Exercise increases your endurance, stamina, and energy levels. Which means you can go longer and more often. None of this 2x a night stuff, I’m talking 4-5x with exercise.
3. You’ll look great naked! This one is pretty obvious, if you look great naked, and your partner thinks you look great naked, then you’re in for a great time. But if your partner doesn’t think you look great naked, and visa versa, then there will be problems.
If having the greatest love life, where you do it more and better, doesn’t give you enough incentive to exercise regularly then you might as well become a hermit.
