Juicing: 4 Delicious Recipes

Many are firmly convinced that juicing is the final key to giving you a radiant, energetic life, and truly optimal health.
There's the claim that cooking and processing food destroys the micronutrients contained in fruits and vegetables and that by juicing can avoid this.
Virtually every health authority recommends that we get 6-8 servings of vegetables and fruits per day and very few of us actually get that. Juicing is an easy way to virtually guarantee that you will reach your daily target for vegetables.
Juicing fruits and vegetables have been known to flood the body with nutrients that empowers your body to heal itself, increase energy, and combat bloating.  Juicing regimes can also help with weight loss.

It also has been said to improve skin appearance, hair and nail growth, and overall outlook.

Given that, here are four recipes to get you started: 

Beet Juice
1 beet
5 carrots
4 stalks celery
1 apple
Grapefruit Juice
1 grapefruit
4 mandarins
1 lemon
1 apple
Green Juice
3 handfuls lemonade
1 apple
5 mandarins
Green Lemonade
5 stalks of celery
1 lemon
2 handfuls of spinach
1 apple
Extra:  A few tricks for a beginner: 
1) always add an apple or orange and you can't go wrong
2) stick with similar food groups, all veggies, or all citrus fruits
3) juiced bananas can be weird
4) do one veggie and the rest fruits
5) or just go crazy and see what you like best
